Sound waves produced by a beautiful combination of 4 crystal singing bowls, a gong, a wave drum, and chimes, Jessie and Megan's Sound Bath will guide your mind and body toward deep relaxation. This soothing one-hour practice will help you turn inward and connect with your deeper self, while also reducing stress, easing anxiety, and improving insomnia.
