On Thursday night we add guided meditations to our signature sound bath.
Beginning with breathwork and a soothing guided meditation and followed by a sound bath that includes Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, Native American flute. You will relax into a meditative brain wave state that soothes mind, body, and soul.

Notes:

*Please arrive at the session 5 minutes early to settle in, as we will begin at the scheduled time.

Please bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillow, water bottle, blanket, and eye mask.
