Remedies for you!

  • Ginger drink can be made with crushed ginger 1 spoon with 5 peppercorns crushed with brown sugar/jaggery/honey. This is an amazing drink if you are suspecting flu or dry cough. This can be taken early morning or after your meals.

  • Garlic cloves can be toasted in a pan without adding any oil/fat. This toasted clove of garlic can be chewed to relieve throat pain & breathing difficulties

  • Tulsi leaves can be crushed to make a juice. The juice can be taken with honey to cure all breathing problems.

  • Mint leaves juice with honey for respiratory infections
