Service Description

Learn your current health based on Ayurvedic findings including dosha, doshic imbalances, seasonal, daily lifestyle, diet protocol, medicinal herbal protocols, and balance mind, body, and spirit. Several techniques are utilized during the consultation to assess your present condition: pulse diagnosis, tongue & eye examination, past & present medical history, family medical history, body constitution, dosha disorders, genetic disorders, recurrent diseases, etc. Based on this, the practitioner will recommend to you – how to know and pacify your cravings, a suitable diet for your constitutional type, food as a medicine, suitable yoga asanas/exercise for your constitution, Herbs and Treatments – all according to Ayurvedic principles. (Consultation price does not include any herbs or supplements)

Cancellation Policy

We work mostly by appointment only. If you want to schedule your appointment on phone, you need to provide us your full name, email id, a call back number, and your credit card information for reserving your spot. To facilitate better service to our clients, we require at least 12 hours notice for cancellation or change of appointments scheduled.
