Service Description
This is an all-levels vinyasa, including optional hands-on assists, alignment cues, breathwork, meditation, and a space to feel peaceful. Libby brings an uplifting and creative spark to the Ayurveda Wellness House by cultivating a community rooted in trust, inclusion, and love. Her goal is to help others understand their bodies in movement and stillness, connecting mind, body, and spirit. Following yoga, delight your senses with an Ayurvedic breakfast and chai that will leave you feeling nourished. Our house is your house! We hope you can stay for breakfast. For those who can't, we will gladly prepare your breakfast and chai to go. Both the yoga flow and Ayurvedic breakfast will honor the energetics of the season. Spring is Kapha season, meaning moist, and heavy which encourages us to lighten our food and movement intake. Summer is Pitta season, meaning fiery and warm, which encourages us to consume cooling food and movements. Fall is Winter is Vatta season, airy and dry, which encourages heavier food intake and grounding movements.
