Ayurveda Galentines Day Evening

Treat yourself like the goddess you are. Join us for an evening of Ayurvedic beauty rituals to promote graceful aging and glowing skin, an embodied dance movement to awaken your inner goddess, a luxurious sound journey to calm your nervous system, and an Ayurvedic dinner to nourish your divine femininity. The evening will kick off with the dynamic duo Shilpika and Lauren, sharing the wisdom of Ayurveda to achieve radiant, glowing skin and self-care rituals to nourish your mind, body, and soul. We will then come together with the healing power of the dance and the healing resonance of sound facilitated by Lindsey. We will embark on the journey of empowerment and self-love in a safe and non-judgmental space where we will nurture and honor our bodies and celebrate our unique individual expression.
