Nectar Of Naad An Exploration of sound through chanting

Nectar of the Naad: an exploration of sound! Chanting in groups heightens the vibrations and deepens our experience and healing. Our nervous systems and vagus nerve are strengthened. We enter a brain and body state of feeling connected.

Together we will create a candlelit cocoon drenched in the sacred sound current (Naad).   We will chant healing mantras and kirtan. A sound bath with the gong and other healing instruments will conclude the evening.
