New moon in Aquarius sound bath

A  sacred Sound Bath is a powerful, meditative occasion that soothes you physically, mentally, and spiritually. As you prepare for a sound bath by relaxing your body and mind, sitting or lying down, the sound vibrations wash over you, taking you on an extended inward journey. 

Similar to meditation, sound baths encourage your parasympathetic nervous system. You'll leave feeling relaxed, centered, energized, and inspired. Sound Healing is an ancient-modern ritual that comes in many forms across all cultures.

Please arrive at the session 5 minutes early to settle in, as we will begin at the scheduled time.

Please bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.
