Pizhichil means pouring oil/decoction all over the body out breaking the flow. This is also known as KAYA SEKA, THAILA SEKA and SARVANGA SEKA. In which the herbal oils and ghee are poured over the body. Here the whole body is bathed in streams of lukewarm medicated oil with a simultaneous soft massage.
