Service Description
Sound healing and sound therapy are powerful modalities that can induce states of deep relaxation and healing in the body, mind and soul. -If we accept that sound is vibration and we know that vibration touches every part of our physical being, then we understand that sound is heard not only through our ears but through every cell in our bodies. - Dr. Mitchell Gaynor -Every part of the body vibrates at different frequencies. When you're ill and out of balance, your body produces the wrong frequency, like an instrument out of tune. One way to bring it back into harmony is by projecting the sound into the body using the voice. The body will respond to that sound and come back into balance. This is a recurring event every Thursday starting at Oct 7th. You can signup for the event on our website. Walk-in's are welcome. Things to bring: - Yoga Mats - Water
